Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

Extremely responsive customer service, visually appealing software, excellent price.
Ease of use, great customization, exactly what we were looking for in having to keep track of hundreds of certifications and licenses.
Overall, this is exactly the service we were looking for and the business as a whole has been very happy with its performance.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

No More worry About Renewal Timing of Any Software Licence.
It's initially quite complex to get your head around, and there is the odd bug hidden within it.
No more expired certifications. Consequently compliant with state requirements.
