Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

We have been using Freshales for over an year now and our experience has been quite superb. I really appreciate their thoughtful updates on regular intervals.
Easy set up, intuitive interface, good gmail integration, decent price. I once called them for help on a saturday and someone answered and was very helpful.
Freshsales' biggest attractions are ease of use and cloud access. This facilitates the control of the business in progress and its closure, giving us better competitiveness in the market.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

The opt-out option for mail receivers automatcally renders that client as unqualified and will not be disturbed by mistake anymore.
Worst still, I have to follow up on the ticket since the support never proactively tells you the status of your ticket. Never opt for Freshsales! what a rip off and time waste.
I got someone to pay for a year and they only pay me for a month at a time. I was told because they could cancel but the subscription is nonrefundable.
