Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

This is solving my due diligence opportunities with legal, financial and hr internal and external. Very happy with the platform, just need to work on the clone capability.
Every time I needed some administration help, they responded quickly and positively. Great company, great product -well done.
Is an easy to use product, with all the necessary functionalities for a data room provider, good customer service and fantastic price to quality relation versus their main competitors.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

Since the very first day - no matter where in the world I am - the automatic time zone finder function is wrong. Every single instance I open the site I am forced to re-set my timezone.
The lack of capacity to replicate the same file on multiple folders.
It takes quite a long time to upload each segment of the data room when using drag and drop format.
