Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

Outlook & Sharepoint functionality is superb. Customer Service is excellent and very professional.
Legal Track helps our organization move our case through the many levels of the Hearings and deadlines with the ease and the clicks of a mouse.
It helps to track matters that we receive in our department and to follow up. It's easy to use, if you don't like something, that can be changed.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

It was a little confusing at first, but now I see why we did what did.
Before Legal Track, we were using individual spreadsheets to track and document over 2,000 medical disputes.
It comes with the territory and while frustrating sometimes during these period of Microsoft changing their base code, it's worth the effort.
