Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

The templates are a fantastic feature; save time, money and streamline a process which is highly susceptible to errors. The batch scanning feature is great for making mail processing more efficient.
They are very responsive and helpful. Emailing from the case and attaching documents from the case as a PDF/Word documents is seamless, saving valuable time.
I had an issue where some documents were mistakenly deleted and contacted support. I was assisted by a rep who not only responded quickly , but also provided excellent customer care.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

It's really hard to find much fault. I would say if anything, making it easier to find dates of loss and claim numbers so that their uniform throughout the system.
There are no calendaring chains for personal injury cases. Also, that I cant grab a document from merus and put it onto my desktop.
No app to track and get reminders for different aspects of the case. Just a general "tasker" but again, no reminders.
