Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

This is important because you benefit from the great ideas of other law firms. They are also adding features that we have priced separately like a customer portal, phone app, etc.
Needs some improvement s in document creation. Impressive capabilities to integrate with other legal software products.
I like the ability to customize the tasks and evenly distribute the workload using statuses and stages. Also, Dayhanarah is awesome.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

The downside is that it was created for personal injury and mass torts. They have made several improvements to accommodate other case types but the main focus is personal injury.
It is a tad complex and can be intimidating for new users. The reporting features are also a little bit bulky and complicated.
The only Personal Injury Case Management Software to consider.
