Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

We have been very happy with the product and would recommend it others (and have done so!).
I love the ease of the reports and flexibility for whatever information I need or want to provide the client.
The idea is great, and the docket reminder emails are theoretically useful. The industry is in need of IP docketing and management software.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

There is limited financial reporting and integration but no one seems to do that well. Some odd placing of menu items.
Auditing records prevents user errors and increases productivity.
A lot of screen seems wasted and no wayto enlarge data that i know of.
