Pros

User friendly , easy user interface increase productivity, ease collaboration. 360 degree over view due to the amazing dash boards.
The support team is really good. I recommend App4Legal for all legal practitioners working in both law-firms or in-house legal divisions.
It’s a great experience when it comes to collaboration and access of the information, the team is enjoying working on App4legal.

Pros

The newer Services Framework apps are now maturing to be good. The overall direction of travel with the product is encouraging.
Seems reliable and has features we use all the time. It is also nice we are able to add our own functions.
Liked the functionality of the program, did not like that the program required it's own separate server.

Cons

The terms in the software doesn't match with our region. Need to editor inside the software to write responses and editing lawsuits.
The drag and drop and repository creation make importants documents organised.
I think there some edges hard to be understood from the money module.

Cons

You cannot provide a software for someone to use and just turn them loose with no training on it at all. They are currently revamping the software to a web-based version with many more customizations.
There customer service is horrendous. To quote my IT guy, "I have no idea how this company stays in business.
The worst is figuring out if an invoice is paid or not.
