Pros

The reports are great and being able to customize documents to merge saves a great deal of time. Love being able to order credit reports, appraisals and the like with this software.
When I was learning this software and wanted to be able to create merge documents, the help desk was amazing. They explained everything clearly and gave me all the time I needed.
The is the standard in bankruptcy software. Great quality and ease of use.

Pros

Their customer service is really good and they have great training opportunities. We have had nothing but good experiences with CasePacer.
My experience with Case Pacer has been excellent. I highly recommend them to any law firm looking for the best practice management software available.
The development team takes great care to design a system and user interface that suits your specific needs. Their platform is continuously evolving as they look for new and better ways to improve.

Cons

It has overall caused errors, and problems because of this.
From a new user standpoint, this software is confusing to learn. It is not very intuitive.
Setting it up wasn't the easiest. Not so much the software, but we had problems with the court calendars.

Cons

Document saving using CasePacer drop has problems.
Sometimes it's hard to navigate, but that's rare.
