We reviewed millions of documents and produced hundreds of thousand of documents to the US authorities using eZSuite. The experience was very smooth overall. Worfklow management and complex review rules implementation in particular are excellent
It is user-friendly, extremely stable and faster than the other platforms I have used. The UI is excellent.
The (only) predictive coding experience I had with this software was disappointing compared to other experiences I have had. It is unclear if this was due to the software itself or to potential communication issues with customer support.

Searching and setting up documents for review is easy.
Easy to use and very intuitive. Even non-tech people find the tool easy to use.
Some features, like the Quick Find, aren't as good as previous versions.
