Pros

We just recently began implementing File Vine into our firm and I have to say it's amazing. It is extremely easy to use and I love the updated features that are available.
It's a great product, with a great support team. I would highly recommend it to everyone, especially if you already have a billing program you like and don't want to change.
They only hold the keys to all of your practice's information and documents, so best of luck with that.

Pros

Good with excellent support and I believe in this company to improve the product. They have made some positive changes since I've been using them.
The pricing is affordable and their tech support is top notched. I also appreciate that they are very customer focused and will listen to suggestions as they constantly improve the program.
The integrations with the applications I already use and even some I didn't prior to Jubilee. We have a great workflow working with it and I am super thrilled with the customer service.

Cons

We had a terrible experience with Filevine. The representatives are outright dishonest and lying to the customer just to make the sale.
You have to pay a third-party vendor to get it to integrate. Perhaps worst of all, they get you to spend a lot of money on a "training" that they claim sets them apart from all other companies.
I dislike how you are not able to print the entire activity page. That is very discouraging.

Cons

Sometimes I have to file a petition late at night or early in the morning due to a pending foreclosure. The customer service is unavailable at those hours if I have a problem.
It has been extremely difficult to work with and the result is multiple mistakes.
I have to go in every day and look for these messages on the "Notice" list because they are completely invisible to me otherwise. This has caused some problems.
