Pros
Excellent product for managing intakes and securing the client with ease- the cost is minimal for the ability to increase client conversion.
Law ruler has been an excellent addition to Hickey Law Firm. We began using Law Ruler as a trial to ensure that it was the best fit for the firm.
I love this program and would recommend it to everyone that's interested in making a switch.
Pros
Streamlined my trademark practice and provided great insights on how to build a great product for my clients.
Alt Legal Customer Service is excellent and personable. I highly recommend Alt Legal to any trademark attorney.
The product is really easy to use and they have wonderful customer service. It handles all of my domestic and international docketing.
Cons
The other companies who I won't mention were trying to force my firm to fit into how their software worked which failed miserably.
We are a personal injury firm with a significant amount of leads.
Law Ruler is intuitive, user friendly and entry of data is quick and no nonsense.
Cons
Other software programs I've used had customer service that was slow to respond. This loss of time leads to a loss in productivity which translates into a loss of billable hours.
I don't think I've found one negative thing to say about this software.
Until then we need to enter that information ourselves--it could be worse and they are constantly improving the platform.
