Pros

It also looks great and not antiquated like many other legal software programs. Lastly, Merus has amazing and customer support.
It is easy to hit the ground running with this software. It would be great to have a "helpful hints" option pop up when using a feature, like in Microsoft.
The calendar is simple to use and can help you filter by person which is incredibly useful. Overall a very pleasing software that can increase productivity and help you manage day to day tasks.

Pros

I can barely get used to a feature before they roll out with even better ones. The integration to our calling service is outstanding and the ability to mange through our cases is seamless.
Customer service is excellent and it’s clear that this is a company that cares about their product and their clients. They make regular improvements based on the feedback they receive.
It is feature rich, allowing you to input tons of data on each case. I like that you can tag each note with the category it fits into, which is helpful for searching through later.

Cons

It's really hard to find much fault. I would say if anything, making it easier to find dates of loss and claim numbers so that their uniform throughout the system.
For me, something I have noticed from the beginning was that after every update the software has crashed. I work for the Personal Injury Department it is not as user-friendly as it is for WC.
I dislike when features don't work. For example, when I upload a pdf into the case, the preview is not always as immediately available.

Cons

Nothing major, but there are slight glitches here and there after updates. Also, I really miss the full task completed history.
Lack of a mobile application for iOS or Android. However, I've been told that CASEpeer is working on providing this feature soon.
Moreover, on the Litigation homepage you can track the life of each defendant by viewing dates they answered, appeared, were dismissed, etc.
