Pros

The user friendly platform this software is based on is easy to use and extremely helpful. It will help organize your business and it is always improving.
I love their easy invoicing and payment options too. It helps me stay organized and the workflow systems help make case management easy for me and my staff.
I love that you can do customizing within the software on the end user side as well, without having to contact MyCase for most of them. I love that this is easy to learn, use and contact support.

Pros

Love it, I use it everyday. Very easy to maneuver through - just wish it could be more accurate at some times.
I think it's great for overall business, would definitely recommend using it to other friends in sales and other organizations.
I love the ease of use to find contact data on my target prospects then how I’m quickly able to get them into Salesforce.

Cons

The function to submit a question does not result in any feedback at all. The program is now getting glitchy and the newest update is just terrible looking and terrible functionally.
It probably is me and my lack of understanding, but I still have not figured out how to create an intake form. That is frustrating, but I think eventually I will get it.
The lack of response you get as a customer is frustrating at times especially when you put ina request or comment and then get no response.

Cons

Now I can do it in 3-5 minutes... with no data errors. For a salesperson, this is a must-have program.
When capturing this is not recognised and has to be changed manually. For France there are similar problems.
I had several problems with importing leads from a particular website which is this one [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.

You will not be disappointed

We love the app for our phones which helps with scheduling and capturing billable time when away from the office. Customer support is excellent and always receptive to suggestions for improving the software.

Pros

The software is easy to learn and use. Customer support is excellent.

Cons

I wish the software would integrate with outlook to make capturing time spent on emails easier.

Very easy to set up and use.

Ease of use. Available 24 hours a day whether I am at the office, at home or on the road. Having 24 access has allowed me to capture much more of my time.

Pros

That I can access the the web site from anywhere even with my phone. It is very simple to send out the invoices..

Cons

I would like the mobile program to include the feature showing how many hours I have worked each day.

Maximizes Profitability

It has been an extremely positive experience and an incredibly good value. I capture so much more billable time due to the ease of time entries, and I save so much time generating Invoices.

Pros

I most like the ease of entering billable time and expenses, and the ease of generating Invoices.

Cons

I would like a calendar system that synchs with my Google/Gmail calendar.

MyCase Has Come a Long Way

Pros

I used MyCase for awhile and then left to go to another PMS. Recently looked at my bill and thought about how much more I was paying and I was not using half of its functionality so I decided to go back to MyCase. So glad I did. I love having everything in one place. It's not perfect but love the new lead capture capability and love that clients no longer need to create a portal just to pay a bill. That was a huge pain and part of why I left. Glad they have listened to their clients and have made some great updates.

Cons

Only real obvious negative is that when a client is in the office and want to pay, I still have to cut and paste the link into a new window instead of just being able to capture their info directly.

MyCase Legal Case Management Review

MyCase has allowed us to provide more detailed information internally for each case, given our clients more interaction with their case, and communication flows well using the messaging function, payment can be easier (we use the e-check function, which is currently free with the software), and having a central system for the office makes it easier for us to work from multiple locations. There are...

Pros

Bank grade encryption of data and documents. Ability to give clients access to their own portal, which is very easy to use, and allows them to upload documents directly to the system with drag and drop function. Clients can message securely, have their own calendar for case related events, our firm can task clients with a checklist, and they can pay online. The Client secure access was a major reason we switched to MyCase in 2012.

Cons

I prefer to have more robust reporting functionality as it relates to managing cases by dates, and other case data. The reporting function exists but is not developed enough to capture all the data I prefer in my case management reports. Email integration is not ideal, but I understand a major upgrade is coming soon.
