Pros

I have made a couple suggestions to improve the software and both changes have been made. Their customer support is outstanding.
I like the ability to easily communicate with staff and clients about their legal issues. The automation is very good and allows tasks to be done in half the time without automation.
Our firm uses this for EVERYTHING. I am very pleased with MyCase and will continue to recommend it to other firms.

Pros

With the advent of Legal Edge, the tracking and recorded resolution of cases was greatly improved. The support staff has been very easy to work with and very responsive.
The ability to search in the various grids is fantastic. I love the amount of information it can store, and the range of case matters that can be quickly and easily kept track off.
The support from Legal Edge has been outstanding. Re-contact by Legal Edge, after an issue is reported,is very quick.

Cons

The function to submit a question does not result in any feedback at all. The program is now getting glitchy and the newest update is just terrible looking and terrible functionally.
So, I always try to take the "oops, MyCase is no longer available" as a sign that I should stop working.
I am worried that quality will decline after the recent buyout.

Cons

The reporting function needs a more defined way to identify what reports do what. The reporting choices are many, and difficult to separate out.
One critical process is updating the state's criminal history database with case updates. This required us to mail paper updates by the thousands to the sate agency for manual data input.
