I Love Mycase

It has been a wonderful tool for our clients and employees in the office. Everyone is always on the same page.

Pros

It has made it extremely easy for everyone in our office to keep track of all our cases. There are so many great features, including the ability to take notes, bill time, invoice, message clients, upload multiple documents at time and tract status updates. We love it.

Cons

If there was one thing I would like to add is the ability to have have multiple bank accounts that can be linked to the system for taking customer payments.

Constant updates & great customer service

Very impressive system. There are features that could use improvements, but they are constantly updating and building the system out. Easy to use and straightforward.

Pros

the customer service is SO responsive-second to none.

Cons

doesn't integrate with other softwares fully: calendars, email, Quickbooks, etc.
