Ease of use. Available 24 hours a day whether I am at the office, at home or on the road. Having 24 access has allowed me to capture much more of my time.
That I can access the the web site from anywhere even with my phone. It is very simple to send out the invoices..
I would like the mobile program to include the feature showing how many hours I have worked each day.

MyCase has an intuitive and easy to use interface which guide you through the application to fully utilize all the features of application. Sharing Cases and to do list with your team for collaboration is the best tool for any organization Time based billing and time tracking is also a good tool for time based cases. Invoicing is very good.
Pricing is too high for teams to manage with more users. Even for individuals its too high. For 10 users price per month is too much and they don't give discounts as well.

We love MyCase.
MyCase is a Wonderful Platform for Case Management. The whole team uses it for billing, calendaring, document storage and more. The app is so helpful!
Invoices are hard to read from the app. The email links open the safari site instead of the app.

Support for the rest of MyCase is only available during banking hours. I dislike the user interface. It is not well thought out, is quite busy and sometimes doesn't even work.
It is an online, software as a service, application.
The user interface is confusing and unnecessarily complicated. One has to go to multiple screens to simply enter 1 transaction. On-boarding for the accounting module was dismal. Training videos are simplistic and useless. There appears to be only 1 person in the universe who is available to provide. Whoever designed this module should be ashamed of themselves. Stick with QuickBooks until they get this fixed or you'll be sorry.

Great.
It offers complete coverage and meets all the needs to successfully operate a small law firm.
File retention and uploading video and audio files. It does not work great for large video or audio files which are routinely part of cases I handle.

I can access all my case/client documents in just a few clicks and not have to be sitting in my office to do so.
I don't have any complaints at this time. I didn't previously like how there wasn't a easier way for my clients to pay invoices directly, however, with the implantation of the payment link, has been a plus!

Terrible. No help. I was told I could have fields added to address the unique aspects of my practice but it hasn't happened and I essentially have nothing. My advice; BUY A PROGRAM THAT ACTUALLY HELPS YOU MIGRATE AND HAS REAL SUPPORT

Trying to get it to be useful for the functionality of my practice. I fell for a great sales pitch and found a worthless product for which I stupidly paid a year in advance. Switching to other software and out a considerable amount of money. NO refunds for a product I literally can't even open a case on-

easy to use; like that I can print out my notes to support my billing. Invoices make it easy to submit my billing and keep track of everything in regards to my cases, client's, billing and much more. Also I absolutely like that I can access mycase on my ipad and use it during breaks to enter my times.
I am not sure if I can get an hourly summary for each individual day. I didn't realize I had to have negative comments before I could submit this form. :-)

Easy to use, short learning curve, helpful training videos and excellent customer support. The billing is clean and easy to use. Collecting all client data and calendars is excellent way to keep anything from falling in the cracks. The new client payment options are great. The price is reasonable.
Not much I don't like about the program. As I review bills before sending the out, seems I get lost sometimes and wind up at the beginning of all invoices, rather than the batch I am working on.

Being able to keep up on our schedule with the calendar.
The calendar, it helps us keep on top of things. We can access the website from our phones as well.
Not being able to move from billing (invoices to the contacts screen) without needing to go back into billing. In other words not being able to bounce back and forth.

I have recommended this software to two colleagues who have already signed on and are users of MyCase. Benefits include: enhanced organization of all client files, documents, billing and invoicing, time tracking, communicating with clients. Too many to list. I am completely happy with MyCase as my Case Management Software.
Ease of Use. Timer, Case Tracking. Templates. I love it. Professional image I display with my clients and the secure client portal. Great value for the cost. Looking forward to adding payment features.
The mobile app on my iphone is sometimes difficult to pull up documents and messages. It works fine on my ipad. And, my clients have not expressed any difficulties using the mobile app.

I like how easy it is to navigate and how simple and to the point it is. Its not complicated like other programs I've looked into.
not much I do not like about this product. However, staying amount every month is a huge plus for me given that I am a sole owner of my company and like to keep my costs low.

Much more efficient practice...and ease of sharing documents.
I like the fact that I don't need outside software to manage or share my documents. I also like off of my work product memos. The "notes" section of the program makes that very easy.
I would like a back button that gets me to a prior screen a bit more efficiently. In other words, rather than use the browser's back button, I think that there should be an integrated internal back button.

Invoicing is easy. I'm usually done in an hour or less, I can send the invoices electronically, which saves on postage and gets me paid faster.
It integrates with Quickbooks, which I love, but I cannot use the balance forward feature when invoicing and have it track correctly in Quickbooks.
