MyCase is a wonderful way to manage our law practice. It covers all the bases and continues to improve with time.
MyCase offers many terrific features , but I think the way time entries and expenses may be collected for invoicing is probably the best thing of all. This makes the billing process, which can be rather complex at law firms, so much easier. And if you also use MyCase for payments that streamlines and simplifies the process even more!
There are little things that could be improved on MyCase; sometimes things are not as easy to find or access, but if I am stumped for too long I get support from MyCase. If I call MyCase Customer Support , the person I speak to is always helpful, patient, and courteous.
