Good price, gets the job done

Used Nextpoint for large email document review and production. Nextpoint has great functions that allow me to sort and filter the uploaded documents to expedite review. Tools for creating privilege log also work great.

Pros: fantastic support, relatively easy to use, love that it is cloud based. I especially enjoyed working with Tricia, as she was responsive and worked with us to control costs and get us what we needed in a timely manner.

Great affordable doc-review platform

While not as feature-complete as some of its more-expensive competitors, nextpoint does everything we need at highly competitive rates. New features are added frequently, and the support team is top-notch.

Excellent Client Service

Nextpoint's customer service has been exceptional. The Client Success team, namely Tricia Boguslawski, has been very responsive and deadline sensitive. I'm looking forward to working with them on future projects. .

This software is pretty useful

It is really good for making a search cloud type of database. It can get a little confusing if not everyone communicates on how data should be entered for a particular project. Overall i really like this software though

Pros

The labeling and sorting features are highly customizable. The user interface -- especially the analytics visualizations -- is clean and colorful.

Cons

Some key functionalities are a bit buried, although they're easy enough to access once you find them.

Used Nextpoint to review and access documents that the parties had previously produced as we were added late in the case. There was a learning curve to get familiar with the layout but the training webinar was very helpful and when I had issues I was able to get responses from customer service fairly quick.

Pros

Web based can access from anywhere.

Steep learning curve for me.

NextPoint has allowed us to bring most of our document processing in-house, which has reduced turn-around time and costs for our clients. In addition, NextPoint customer support is always available and responsive.

Pros

I like the ease of reviewing documents, flagging for production, redacting. I also like that I can tag for witnesses or facts. The fact that it is able to be customized is a major win!

Cons

The bates stamp and exhibit sticker features are clunky.

Great team. Great product. Incredibly great people.

Pros

It's easy to use and the support is unmatched. I've used other ESI, but this one is just better.

Cons

I don't have any issues with it. I know they are working on some cool new features, but the current version has everything that it should.

Pros

I liked the concept. I want searchable exhibits and transcripts. I want West Law Case Notebook with more features.

Cons

It doesn't work. You can run searches and it doesn't grab everything. It is extremely buggy. It's not easy to use.

Top software for attorneys

Legal document management and ediscovery turned more simple.

Pros

This products integrates smoothly with firm's caseworks, the user interface organizes everything according to its origin, progress and information. There is a huge ammount of features that save time covering reviewing and producing discovery, as well general workload management. The pricing structure and cost relation to value are great.

Cons

The legal document management area doesn't include contract management and the ediscovery set of features lacks compliance management.

The vast amount of capabilities available to me. I love being able to do everything I need to do on one site.

Cons

Sometimes the website runs very slow and it take 20 minutes for a small batch of documents to process.
