Pros

Awesome - real increase in productivity, reduction in costs and excellent overall ease of use for firm and clients.
Ease of use, great customer service and tutorials, countless helpful features to help me run my practice (i.e. calendar, billing/invoices, time management).
This software is the most intuitive, responsive and useful that I have tried...and I have test driven four of the top recommended products.

Pros

She has been of great assistance in our transition and continues to give great support. She's quick to respond has great knowledge and is kind, courteous and will to help with all our needs.
Since using this software it has freed up lots of time allowing us to focus on other things than just the daily running's of the business. The team are super friendly and helpful.
Forms are easily accessible on the spot, making communication easier as well. The support team at Assignar have also been fantastic helping us get set up & guiding us through questions along the way.

Cons

I have always been terrible at time keeping and billing. I have probably left Hundreds if not Thousands of dollars on the table by failing to properly keep track of my time and billing.
For example, Client_01\general and Client_02\general would result in an error and none of your Google Drive documents will be visible in PracticePanther. The software billing feature is terrible.
The syncing with G Suite is bad. The software will not sync with all the fields in Google Contacts, and the "custom fields" in PracticePanther do not sync into Google Contacts.

Cons

No push notification to fieldworkers of their expiring licenses and inductions. We are not able to manage fieldworker availability.
It is difficult to obtain a negative comment towards the product since its complexity gives you the optimization of all the tasks and a better work management.
The lack of customisation for company branding is not ideal. We would like to add our company logo to Forms as they are sometimes sent to our clients.
