So far we've only gone through an Advance Assurance for EIS and an EIS compliance process but I've had a very positive experience. Our old law firm qouted 5x for the same activities and in previous rounds with them i've always felt like we've had to chase a signature here or a date there. With SeedLegals i've been impressed with both the structure of the platform and by some very clear communication from the customer support / legal advice staff.

I approached Seedlegals to help with SEIS investment applications. Before then we were struggling with  the application ourselves. It seems that a certain nuance is needed to deal with the HMRC that their materials do not prepare you for. I was dealing with 3 people all who familiarised themselves with my project and and contributed . What is great about that is that when one person becomes busy others can help pick up the slack.[sensitive content hidden] , worked tirelessly over what must have been 4 months to ensure we could submit the applications even over the Christmas period.  They were regularly chasing me for information. I was receiving emails at 8pm on weekdays!  They had competency d extensive knowledge in the tasks required and seem to me to be the perfect team. The client portal is wonderful, and I love how the accounting features are organized. Customer service is amazing.

I continue to be very impressed and happy with the software. They are constantly updating it with new useful features.

Wasted hours trying to make it integrated with QuickBooks, only to have PP blame Quickbooks for PP inability to integrate. I spent at least 12 hours and gave up the integration.
