Pros

Ease of use and ability to keep track of all of the information that I need to associate with each client. I also love the immediate support that is available to users.
The entire system is a Pro for me!!!! I enjoy learning and exploring the system and it makes it so much better having the wonderful staff that you have.
Orientation for new employees is also great because the steps and tasks are outlines for them and it is very easy to audit work performed so praise or supplemental training can be delivered timely.

Pros

It is my go to place to find answers above and even beyond my supervisor. Truth is, this is how I am such a good employee with a strong sense of worth.
I love that I can have people share and edit documents remotely and easily. It’s helpful to track where people are working in the document and all have easy access to it wherever we are.
It is used to create a websites with easy way and also have some amazing features. Its a best microsoft tool to build sites with predefined tools and features.

Cons

Worst of all, Prevail's reporting capabilities are abysmal.
Everything is so manual, there is no automation to the system.
You only have to wait a few seconds before speaking with a live person who is there to fix your problem.

Cons

The big downside is when you have a small IT team that has to shoulder the burden of training users and maintaining SharePoint sites. This overhead alone leaves little time for anything else.
The search feature does not work too well and we find it odd that you have to open a text file and then open it again to edit it.
The only problem I can think of, is the lack of knowledge of users who might hinder the documents or create duplicates. This can then get cumbersome for admins to oversee and rectify.
