Sometimes the interface has some bugs and mistakes.

Before then we were struggling with  the application ourselves. It seems that a certain nuance is needed to deal with the HMRC that their materials do not prepare you for.

Nothing immediately jumps out. Still just started using it and overtime, if anything becomes unappealing, then will leave another comment.

We were looking to close an investment round within a week and a half. Our lawyer we had been working with was unable to complete the funding round with us due to unforeseen circumstances.
