We seem to run out of available usage hours, although now that Soluno is automatically logging us out, I'm hopeful this will improve.

New to Soluno 

User friendly

Although I have only been using Soluno for two months, I am overall pretty satisfied and think the product was well designed. However, the glitches need to be fixed.

Soluno has been a godsend for our law clerk students. It offers everything we were hoping for in a legal accounting package to train our students on. Customer service is Exceptional. I have had couple of clients using this Accounting software and it is very easy to use. I am more used to Oracle software which has a more complex mechanism. 

I like Soluno and will recommend to any legal firm looking for Accounting software. 

Customer service 

Soluno is definitely more efficient than our previous software and is much more intuitive.  Billing is a lot faster and setting up new billing templates is very easy.  We mostly use it for accounting purposes so we haven't used the case or document management features.  I love that it is cloud based as we do not have to complete a long install process for each new user and our remote employees can always access it with no problems.

I have been a PC Law user for 20+ years and this program comes close to that but not quite there yet. I do know however that Soluno tech team is always working on advancements

Great Program - Easy transition from PC Law

Time savings is a huge plus with the software. Also the cloud based software is great, easy to access on numerous devices if necessary. I can keep an eye on productivity very easily and that is very important to the bottom line.  Very easy to use software.

Overall, I am glad our firm made the switch. Change can sometimes be difficult but once you get used to using Soluno you realize it was the best idea and everything then comes easy.

Appears more robust than MyCase. Dedicated "Help" button which provides tutorials for TimeSolv.

I appreciate the ease of editing and adding entries from a previous date. As a paralegal, it can be difficult to accurately bill each task in the moment and this feature is incredibly helpful.
