Pros

This is a very good software for time based billing clients for legal services as it makes creation of invoices very easy. It also allows you to track progress on each matter.
It is such a comfort and joy to work with TimeSolv and to know that they have our backs through this crazy time in which we live. The program itself is clean and operates smoothly.
The one-on-one sessions are great and the webinars are very helpful and useful. Overall TimeSolv is a cost-effective software that is helping my organization and my clients.

Pros

Very quick to respond and always helpful. The software is the best we could find out there to fit our needs and so far, I am happy with it.
This product is the biggest and best and should absolutely be considered for any AR collection effort functionality. Just make sure to have honest dialogue on needs and price before committing.
They are all so very helpful, kind and patient. When I do have a question and I call rep.

Cons

She was rude, unprofessional, and worse appeared not to understand her own product. We were testing out the integration into Quickbooks and she couldn't answer the simplest questions.
Every annoyance I had with it has been removed through updates.
I experienced times when I couldn't put in an entry - that may have been the internet connection, but can be annoying.

Cons

I do not we have been charged for some training, which I do not agree with because there have been so many issues with your system.
Setting up automated features requires multiple steps and can be confusing.
Not having titles on the emails makes it difficult to know which email is relevant to what the collector is looking for.
