This application is one I chose after trying out at least 3 others. It is very easy to use and very intuitive.
I would prefer to have an APP for ipad or iphone rather than a weblink. But Kiosk Desk will work just fine

Overall it's been a simple experience. We provide the link to the forms, users complete. We can manage simply on the back-end. I wish everything was this simple and seamless.
Easy to use, simple process for users to complete essential forms.

My favorite part of using Waiverfile is not having to lug paper forms around and then store them. I can also run reports such as how many people attended my event and run reports on how many times someone volunteered, making recognizing exceptional volunteers even easier.
The waivers were easy to set up. The reports are great after you learn what kind of reports you want to run. The customer service is next to none. Excellent.
There is a little functionality I would like to see added, but I told my team my concerns and they are considering them.

Excellent! Support has been tremendous, giving guidance, answering questions and doing so in a very timely manor!
WaiverFile allows us to move from using and storing paper liability release forms to an electronic process, eliminating paper management and storage hassles.
Bit of a learning curve in setting up the software to support the operation because there are many ways to accomplish the tasks. But I guess that's what makes it work; versatility

I run a motorcycle safety training school. Our students have to sign two waivers before taking the course. When the pandemic hit, we wanted to eliminate the passing of paper. This was the perfect solution. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], helped to customize the waivers to what we needed. And it's easy to keep track of and file the waivers on their website. We can also print reports. "This is the greatest thing since slice bread".
Very easy to use with many added features.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at WaiverFile was so accommodating and easy to work with. He truly made the set up process quick an effortless. Great experience and would absolutely use them again!
WaiverFile is so easy to use and the customer service was top notch. Their turnaround time was immediate. I would definitely recommend this product!
