Convenient access to stored legal information.
I enjoy this software's ability to store masses of information all in one small, directed location of which I can easily access and refer to at a later date.
Software pages can sometimes be difficult to navigate. There also is difficulty in understanding where certain tools are and what other tools are supposed to be used for.

case management assistance was what I needed and what I have received from the program
The program is easy to manage. I like that the accounting gives a balance owed for all and that there are options for daily notes to be given
can be slow. Also, had a problem with logo size that had to be fixed by support team. In general I find the system very easy to use

Outlook integration. Automatic timers that bill directly to the Matter. Ease of use. Fast and friendly customer service.
I would like to see Zola Suite integrate with text functions. Switching from another case management system is challenging, because the data migration team at Zola does not upload documents.

Billing, mail, saving and templates.
Everything is integrated in an easy web based platform that is user friendly and intuitive. You can easily work, bill, handle emails and documents all in one place.
Wish I could duplicate the last billing entry when working on one file and entering multiple billing entries.

I have been working in legal services for 20 years and have tried many practice management platforms. Zola Suite is by far the best I have tried. Super easy to use, straight forward pricing, lots of great functions that are actually useful. I would recommend to any practitioner.
Ease of use, flat pricing that includes trust accounting.
I cannot think of any - have not run into any problems.

Ease of learning new program and new job at the same time.
Having access to my email, calendar, accounting, and so on all in one program makes this program extremely beneficial.
When I couldn't access my email, I approached help desk twice. They sent messages on how to fix it to my email, that I couldn't access.

Overall, an excellent organizational and operational tool for practice management and billing.
Ease of orientation and use for major operational tasks such as matter maintenance, time and billing.
Accessing transferred documents, but I assume this is temporary and will improve with my knowledge base.

Ease of use. Easy to train staff. Intuitive. This software works the way we work at our firm. The mobile app is super easy to use.
I would like to have categories for the task functionality. I use the GTD method and I would like to have categories in order to set up next action lists.

The Caseway Edge App is a big plus. It gives a good impression on clients. Secondly, the client portal is also great.
I wish it had more features that was real estate law specific. For instant dates that would go onto the calendar as deliverable dates and/or reminders.

Very easy to use, everything is right at your fingertips! You can put in time for clients through their app so there’s no need to remember days later how long you worked on a clients file. It’s great!

The timekeeping and invoicing features have definitely streamlined our billing process and trust account record keeping.
There have been a few quirks we have noticed, but customer support is always there to helpsort anything out!

We've been using this product for some time and we have a really positive experience with both the product and service. It's simple to use, available on our phones wherever we go (cloud based) and with all the moving parts in our growing T & E practice its able to keep things organized, simple and flexible. Integration with email is awesome and our staff gets a sense that your team is continually improving and adding options which makes it even more exciting. Would definitely recommend your platform and team to other firms. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Keeping all my data organized - and useable!
Ease of use. Simply: It thinks like I think! The layout (format) makes perfect sense to me. I quickly felt comfortable with the data entry/app navigation process.

As a practice management solution, Zola offers us an attractively designed, comprehensive suite of tools integrated into one browser window (or mobile app), available on-the-go, from any location with access to the Internet. Getting started with Zola was easy and, unlike other products we've used, did not require the added expense of expert consultants to set up. And in an era when customer service can easily make or break an experience, Zola's best feature -- hands down -- is its team.

I tested out the demo, I really like the native email client. Seems like a big improvement over outlook plug ins other services use. It appears to do just about everything and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zola to a friend or colleague looking to change case management software.
The reporting features aren't as robust as some other platforms. Not a big deal if you don't need a very specific report like we do.

We migrated from using 3 different systems to Zola last year. Its super convenient to be able to run practically everything including email, calendar, document management, matter tracking and accounting with a single login. Zola has deep functionality throughout all its features and interface is super clean and really beautiful.

Zola is perfect for firms that are looking for an end to end solution. Its very easy to use and implement. Email integration makes it a game changer. Other features we really like are ability customize searches and reports, creating custom workflows and checklists and business card scanner on the mobile apps.
