A "must have" tool for fraud detection and CR optimization

Considering the extended free trial period and the quick support 24 Metrics provides, it was easy to implement the integration and test the results almost the same day. The screening is very flexible thanks to the customizable filters and rules, after a bit of adjustments all worked fine.

Pros

Quick setup and built in integrations with major tracking platforms.Real time support with onboarding and day to day use.User friendly.Customizable filters for click and conversion screening.Overall very good value for the money.

Cons

Some settings, especially for some filter parameters, require a bit of "know how" related to this kind of tools but the support is almost in real time so the learning curve is short.

Overall the product as well as 24 metrics support team and management is very responsive and understanding. They are always getting back to us in a timely manner. We always count on them as our key partner who supports our business with their Antifraud and tech advantages. It really helps us being on top of things and maintain a very healthy relationship with our clients. KUDOS !!

Pros

We have been using 24metrics at our global company level from more than 5 years and it always helps us tackle & solve any major fraud related problems. The advance and upto date system always keeps us upto date with market trends and provides us timely alerts about any issue or major changes happened in last few days/hours.

Cons

Nothing as such. so far things are good and satisfactory.

I would like to say that the [sensitive content hidden] of the company [sensitive content hidden] is the loveliest person to work with , the kindest the most professional. I also like working with this company because no matter what is it that we need to use, they will have it a developed in maximum one month. They have always been here for us supporting and helping, and I sincerely recommend everyone to work with this company because they can actually meet all of your goals

Pros

Honestly, all the features are always so updated on what I like. Most is the fact that we can always share information with 24 metrics and they will always do the best in order to design for us features that are accommodated to our company.

Cons

DMP approach the fact that they can redeem MP fraud and not only third-party fried. It is extremely helpful in almost no other company has it
