Pros

The flexibility of all the functions. You can use it not only on leads tracking, email marketing etc but you can also use it to track WIP of each projects.

Cons

Getting support online can be a hassle and slots are hard to book

I can't believe I ever advertised without it

Pros

Previously when I would capture leads from paid advertising, if they didn't immediately book an appointment, nothing would happen with them. Now with active campaign, I automatically send them reminder emails to finish their application. I also get a more reliable source for lead tracking than clickfunnels or Facebook ads manager. It's great.

Cons

At first I had a hard time finding the number of new contacts added each day. I guess the reporting could be a bit easier.

Active Campaign is making me life so much easier!

My overall experience has been really positive and I'm so grateful that I can book a call and ask questions instead of having to use chat, phone or email. It simply is going to make my life and business so much easier so I have time for me. Feel free to mention that you received a gift card as a thanks for completing your review. I wish I'd transferred to Active Campaign sooner. It's well worth the money.

Pros

I love the automations and how there is something for all of my needs and how it makes reporting and tracking easier. It's saving me time!

Cons

Quite a lot of emails and a lot to digest.

Good tool for most use cases

Pros

It's very easy to use and get started. It's a great WYSIWYG editor that is pretty quick to fire up. Editing the emails is easy too and pretty straight forward. There is a fair bit of functionality when it comes to the design. The one on one support is also very valuable although it is a tad annoying if you need help asap as it can take a good week to get them booked in. But the customer support is really good when you do need help.

Cons

Some of the error messages are a tad confusing. I once had what I thought was a 'hint' that a few automated emails were missing mailing addresses. Unfortunately it wasn't clear that this was stopping the emails from going out which I realised later. The reporting could be better as well. At the 'Professional' tier the reporting is pretty basic. It shows you all the basic stuff, opens, clicks etc but you can't compare timeframes at all and need to do an export and graph it in excel if you want to see what has happened over time. I would have expected the reporting to be much better for the second highest pricing tier.
