We use it to automate and run almost every aspect of our marketing agency
Activecampaign is a brilliant, intuitive and full featured CRM with great marketing automation features
May not be suitable for all businesses, there are better alternatives for ecommerce for example

An effective and efficient client follow-up and prioritization solution.
I'm part of the customer support team of an internet marketing and SEO software company. ActiveCampaign has been a great tool for our team as it's simple, easy, intuitive, and convenient to use. We're able to effortlessly create pipelines for follow-up interactions with our clients. They even have deal tasks to keep you on track. Highly recommend.
No cons for what I use the software for!

The pros to this software is that it integrates with other tools that we use. The streamless integrations are great because of theres other things we need for marketing and this ties right in. I would recommend this software.
The con for this would be that its not for a beginner user. I feel its more for marketing experts that are more experienced.

Ease of use and creating automations. Easy to organise lists.
There's probably too much going on for what I actually need it for.

We are using campaigns of email marketing through active campaigns.
The most thing I like about active campaign is their automation system By getting the automation system we can easily set up email campaigns.
I must say that an active campaign is not for the beginners it is for a professional person because it a bit hard to understand for a new person

Extremely easy to use and great customer service
Wouldn't work well for large corporations, but works great for my email list of 45,000+ recipients.

ActiveCampaign has everything, and I'm not having to workaround missing features. Not every process is as slick as I would like, but that happens with more powerful apps. But I haven't had to wonder whether ActiveCampaign can do anything, because the answer is that it can. Highly recommended. It's worth spending a few bucks more on a system that is here for the long haul and has everything most businesses will need for email marketing.
I love that ActiveCampaign is fully fleshed out. I use a lot of smaller apps, and there are usually features missing. But I recently started using ActiveCampaign for email automation and campaigns, and it just has everything. And the cost for the core functionality is actually more affordable than I thought it would be. ActiveCampaign is widely known as one of the best email marketing applications, and it is.
I wish there was a smaller plan for those wanting the full-sized CRM. Right now, the starting price for those wanting the full CRM is a plan with 25 users. I just need a couple. So the price for jumping up to that is a bit steep for a small business.

From the minute I signed up, my entire onboarding experience was superb. I was contacted by a local rep here in Australia that made sure I got the right plan for the company I work for, and they're still checking in with me 9 months later to see if I need help or want to book a free strategy call to optimise my campaigns. They truly practice what they preach.
I love everything about ActiveCampaign. The company has come a really long way in the last few years. The functionality and ease of use, plus their Help articles and videos are amazing. I considered making the switch years ago when I was using Infusionsoft but there was still a lot of features to be built. Now, I think it's years ahead of Infusionsoft and their customer service is so much better as well which makes the whole experience using it every day so much more enjoyable.
It can get a tad expensive for small businesses if you're only using it for email marketing. I suggest using as many of the features as possible to automate so you get your bang for your buck.

Easy to use, integrate and automate. I can know re-target several times the same costumer with different company and automate promotions to focus on the business side.
High price for small online stores. You need to have a clear email marketing strategy, after you have it it pays for itself.
