Pros

ActiveCampaign is a power house and has so many ways of making a business successful. It is user friendly and has great features to communicate with leads to building email drips.
It has advanced automation features, thorough split testing tools that improve conversion rate. It has a great email template builder, better than most autoresponders.
The support team at AC are generally great, and depending on what tier you are on, they also provide generous support to their customers to make sure they succeed.

Pros

Not only is KarmaCRM the best and easiest to use, their support team is beyond fantastic.
Karma has been a great system for us, one of the best features is it allows you to track all email correspondence with all employees and clients.
If you're looking for a way to centralize and organize all of your customer information so you can stay on top of all your calls, emails, and tasks, it does a great job of this.

Cons

The email editor is just horrible. It's clunky, it's ugly, it doesn't show all the sequence, even editing an email is a hassle.
I use it only for mail marketing. The full CRM solution is quite bad and has poor functionalities.
I fixed the problem but to no avail I cannot send out any emails and do not know how to lift their Under Review which means my account is on hold.

Cons

I would be flat on my back, should ever happen something disastrous to it... (which of course wouldn't, as it is cloud-based and you can have everything exported from it).
And if you don't use it consistently, it's a waste of time and money.
The one drawback is that it won't automatically code clicking boxes from Wufoo, only fill in the blanks and drop down menus. If they could figure out how to do that, I'd give it 5/5.
