Pros

The system is easy to use and any additional help is easily found through the service help. Overall a great system with great service.
Good for smaller/mid tier companies vs Pardot. More cost effective, better support.
With the most recent update, we are again experiencing compatibility issues. Custom service, overall, is wonderful.

Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Cons

Its inability to integrate with our ERP software. For this reason we had to find another resource.
We had been struggling with maintaining the mechanics of our system to ensure it was up to date and delivering consistent experiences for those who interact with us through Digital Media.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.
