Pros
We have been successful with both of those, and I have been particularly impressed with the quality and flexibility of ActiveDEMAND's support team.
I work in venture capital and use ActiveDemand for fund-raising purposes. I found it easy to use, customer service is excellent, and has all of the features that are important to me.
ActiveDEMAND is an incredibly flexible solution that can be used in a variety of applications. Their support is top notch and they will help you with anything.
Pros
FireDrum is a great marketing solution. We are able to communicate with our Homeowners with ease and when we need assistance, FireDrum's response time is very fast and helpful.
Their support staff are local, friendly and always helpful. The free service is great if you have a small list but I really enjoy the templates and unlimited spending on the paid plans.
Easy to use, and the support is helpful when you have any questions. Wordpress integration is also a nice feature.
Cons
It's so difficult to navigate. The user experience is very frustrating because we understand it can do a lot of powerful things, but figuring out how to make it work is difficult.
Additionally, there are a ton of meaningless data entries now gumming up the running history in my CRM so that it's near impossible for me to find my last meeting notes.
There is a bit of a learning curve and some features are a little difficult to understand. Sometimes there seems to be a bit of a disconnect with the PipeDrive web hook.
Cons
We do have sales reps, who are not and don't have a problem with the drag and drop. They used to charge per account and now charge per email address block.
I took over a business and they gave me some of the information but I lost all the databases and not sure how to send things.
It is not the software... it is the lack of customer service on the weekends.
