Well its a Spanish company and some of the help is in Spanish, I speak Spanish but thats kinda not the point. The API documentation is terrible.

I needed a strong email campaign program with lots of space for me to send to multiple customer segments, without breaking the bank. That's what Acumbamail does. I don't need all of the extras that a product like MailChimp offers at a premium price. So far support has been quick and friendly every time I had a question.  Its nice and simple and straightforward. That's what I like.

Acumbamail lets you easily create an email marketing campaign, automated digital workflow, and a landing page in a single platform. I work on a lot of projects where I need to create a landing page and use automation software to send out emails and I prefer to not have to switch back and forth between different programs. Acumbamail makes it easy to create them all in one place.

I thought it was phenomenal, I think they are solid and have quality

I like products that are easy to use. Granted, Acumbamail does not have all the fancy bells and whisltes as some, but it does have great features - campaigns, auto responder, SMTP transactional email capability, landing pages, and ability to integrate with Wordpress.

Acumbamail is a great email marketing solutions for Startup and SME's too

Super fast setup and has all the functions I needed

It was a good product for the price but it was not as good as other applications. It wasn't too difficult to build an email but most were bland looks and if you changed anyhting in the mobile size it would change it in the desktop size too.

Good for the Price, Not so great when sending campaigns out

Overall the Software works and hits the inbox (the most important feature) 98% of the time! I go in and schedule my Newsletters, Set it and forget it. 

Sleeping Giant Waiting To Be Awakened

Acumbamail does show its strength and acts as good alternative to existing Email Marketing Tools. It combines the strengths of a email and landing page builder and gives me good insights and tracking data.

Tho sometimes I wish integrating it with my e-commerce store makes it easier to get to know my customers better. Thankfully the team could help me by providing tips and referred to some best practices.



Ease of use for SME

Overall I got to give it a 9.9 out of 10 because I know they are adapting to be a future leader in email marketing & SMS marketing. They already have all the unique features and are doing everything they can to make it a One-Stop shop for those marketing messaging tools.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I can use this for my personal brand that I just started. It is also good to know that I am in great, experienced hands to manage my emails.

                                                       I use Acumbamail for two main purposes. First of all, I have a newsletter where I help other people with tips and tricks to create online courses, and I send all the emails through a Acumbamail.
                                                       Secondly, I have an automation that create a sequence of emails that are sent to my customer, potential customer, when they sign up for interested in a certain product or service.
                                                       One of the things I love about that Acumbamail is that it has no limit on subscribers. So the only limit is the number of emails you can send. So, because I don't send, every day is more than enough for me, and it is a very, very compact and good solution for my situation.
                                                       Well, I'd say that the user interface is not perfect. It's kind of good, but sometimes I feel like I have to investigate to find wherever I want to do. It's not that easy to find it.
