The solution offers a a range of tools to manage the entire social campaign process, from content creation, to distribution, moderation and optimization, to analysis and performance monitoring. The key modules of Adobe Social are Management and Governance, Listening and Moderation, Publishing, Application Builder, Social Campaigns and Social Analytics.

You can use Adobe Social's Management and Governance tools to set multi-level approval workflows, assign roles and permissions, and allocate profiles and pages to moderators. The Application Builder allows you to create contests, galleries, polls and other custom Facebook apps. The Listening and Moderation tools can be used to monitor mentions, sentiment and geolocation, Adobe Anlaytics can be utilized to better understand audience engagement. Social Campaigns provides campiagn tracking, along with social intelligence and conversion reports.

The publishing tools of Adobe Social can be used to publish simultaneously to multiple profiles, to target specific demographics and geographic locations, to set up a content calendar and to create content using customizable templates. Adobe Social Analytics offer insights into the best performing posts, tweets and other content. Predictive insights allow you to determine the potential success of posts before they are published. It's a great application for sending agreement documents online. The PDF and Esignature help me accomplish my admin tasks easily and effectively. It simplifies the process which allows me to serve more clients. I often use Adobe Marketing Cloud for my Marketing campaign because the features allow you to create marketing brochures and newsletters that fit your target thus more customer engagement. In one tool, you can easily manage your email, ads, and campaign brochures. Its templates and content have designs suitable for businesses and professionals.

Easy to access apps and tools. The different help screes along the way are great when you are trying to figure out what option to use. The layout os the apps and menus are very user friendly. There seems like there is too many tools but I am sure I do not use as many as others.
