Pros

We did the trial for a couple of months to test it out, and when it came time to move over it was seamless and easy. Their customer service has been so helpful and nice whenever I have questions.
Posting to all sm sites at once is amazing. Responding to Linkedin comments from within the platform is a great feature that not many other platforms have.
It makes it very easy to see how our brand recognition is improving in our space. I also like that I can easily see what our competitors are doing simply by broadening the hashtags we are looking for.

Pros

It has a great and easy to use dashboard. It also has an advanced notification system that delivers quality alerts straight to your inbox.
This effortless way of keeping tabs on who we should say thank you to, or to monitor the success and activity of marketing campaigns really helps us stay on top of things.
Their search results are top notch - more comprehensive than competitors for a better price tag. Plus, the UX is really nice, the mobile app is amazing, and the brand has a "fun" feeling.

Cons

I hate how I have to click the media type before dragging the social graphic into the post while I'm creating it. Sometimes I go to fast and it ruins everything.
Inability to link (the same) users between platforms. Limited search functionality, difficult to go back and locate a case/user.
Not having instagram DM capabilites is an annoying limitation.

Cons

I find out about books that are being sold illegally, or the wrong use of my name.
Most poor reviews come from disgruntled clients who proceed to trash the company.
It sometimes discovers irrelevant results which can be a little annoying.

Easy and versatile management of social networks

This is a platform with a lot of potential to improve the management of our social networks. It stands out for the ability it offers to manage all my conversations in one place.

Pros

I really like listening to the opinion of our brand's users to know the possible strengths and weaknesses. It has allowed us to detect the interaction of potential customers and reach them with our campaigns. Interacting with customers and responding in real time is an advantage offered by this versatile platform. Their support team is fast and solves our requests efficiently.

Cons

This platform has worked very well, the only thing I can mention is that it needs to incorporate more customization options.

Lack of Google My Business was a dealbreaker. Need to have all of our services available in one place. It was also the most expensive of the services I tested. Comes with a lot, but not sure it's worth three times the price of other services.

Pros

Agora Pulse had a lot of layers of features. Analytics, reports, posting, calendaring. It is a robust application that can do a lot once you figure it all out.

Cons

Does not support Google My Business! Also, despite reading reviews otherwise, I was not able to mention people or pages using the LinkedIn tool. Would be nice to have some integration like Twitter and Facebook.

Hi there Julie, Well gosh, I'm not sure what happened with the LinkedIn tagging. I tried it before writing this review and it worked fine. Did you try to contact support? They're available 24/7 to help customers out with questions or concerns like these. Indeed, we don't yet offer Google My Business. Great Platform!

I really like the functionality of AgoraPulse. As a college graduate stepping into an advertising role for the first time, this platform has really made social media tasks much easier for me on a daily basis. Not to mention, there are always new features being implemented/updated and AgoraPulse assures that their clients never miss a beat. Their customer service is also awesome!

Complete for all we need

The experience with Agorapulse is very positive, it significantly speeded up our work.

Pros

Agora makes it easy to post and follow multiple pages. I like the possbility to replicate post, the calendar view that gives me a complete overlook of the monthly schedule. I also like the flexibility in managing the subscrition plan, where I can buy additional features as I need. I also like the fact that the developers are pretty active and keep on adding features.

Cons

I think the software needs some improvement on the overall functions that it offers. First of all, it needs to give the ability to schedule instagram stories without any workaround (the solution that you guys are using now is not convenient at all, look at Storrito for some insights). Activity assignment could be improved, in the way that there should be the abilty to have a conversation over the assigned item, not only a message. I would also like to see better functionality in terms of # following and mention monitoring. Reports could be improved in addding customizations to the data that it exctracts and in scheduling reports that may be sent out to clients.

We wish we could permit Instagram Stories scheduling like some of the other tools out there -- but then we'd be violating Instagram's terms of service. (And we don't want to do that.)
