Great for small business

We streamlined marketing by using a social media manager, and have found for our small business that it saves a great amount of man power.

Pros

The layout makes sense, and the competitor social media monitoring is very useful.

Cons

That all statistics can not be viewed in one screen, you have to click each social feed and look at engagement. I cannot monitor my adds, and the reporting is only available in powerpoint format.

One of the best social media management tools.

Pros

With this tool you can schedule your posts on various social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc.), manage comments on the posts easier and synchronized with other colleagues.

Cons

Maybe they can add integration with VK because this social media network is very popular in Russia.

We are figuring out what drives the most engagement, and the best way to implement the content based on the reports

Pros

It lets me take a closer look at how my social media marketing efforts are effecting sales, and allows me to make adjustments where they are needed

Cons

Sometimes it won’t let me post a photo due to size of the image, but I can post it directly to social media if I go through the social platform itself

Only Social Media person in the company handling a half-dozen brands across multiple Social Media platforms means accessibility is essential.

Pros

Intuitive Excellent dashboard layout Publishing calender is incredibly easy to manage, esepcially for multiple prfiles scheduling a post for multiple times, creating Queues for Evergreen content Reporting is well presented and can be exported as a PowerPoint for weekly/monthly reports

Cons

Queues aren't always the easiest to understand and/or don't feel reliable

it's mostly a time saver for me.

Pros

AgoraPulse is easy to use and it has some great features like the ability to save hashtags (you wouldn't think this would be a good feature but it really is a time-saver).

Cons

I would like to see google analytics as a feature and the ability to select different images for a profile's different social networks.

Overall, Agora has been a useful time saving tool that is easy to use.

Pros

- Like most social hubs, it collects your posting activity in one dashboard saving time - Agora provides a user-friendly publishing calendar - The reporting functionality on the tool is very good and provides a lot of data - If you're operations are cross departmental or you're in a team, Agora allows you to assign and track tasks

Cons

Like all management software, there may be downsides by not operating directly on a given platform While most features are covered, there are some 'on platform' features missing (such as creating polls at the time of writing)

I was in charge of finding a new social media management tool for our brand, and after doing a full comparative analysis, I was able to shift our company to a better tool, save thousands of dollars, and onboard our other departments.

The customer support is unreal and they are always there to help you through the process. They are not one of those companies that get your card and never speak to you again. They onboard you quickly, show you how to do everything, and make sure they are there if you have any questions.

Cons

The only thing that comes to mind is that I wish they were able to monitor LinkedIn more.
