Easy to use for this non-research expert

Pros

I like the drag and drop features, plus being able to save questions I use often as templates.

Cons

There are a few survey types I still need to go back to use the old Spark 1 system for, but I know these functions are on the road map in the future for Spark 3.

User-friendliness - the functionality of Alida makes it simple to design surveys, use the data, onboard new team members, etc.

There could be a few more programming features, like enabling respondents to upload images/videos

Alida's Sparq software is very easy to use and a great way to engage with a community of consumers.

Cons

The options for programming survey logic could be a bit more sophisticated. The basics are all there and very straightforward to program, but it would be nice to see some additional capabilities going forward.
