Pros

Pros

The setup process is easy and quick, this is a simple and great solution for customer support that is easy to integrate. Good feedback from customers about the user-friendly chat interface.
Their knowledge base functionality is great, and the look and feel of it can be customized to best help customers.
It has some great features such as the reporting and also saved responses and answers to help streamline communication between agents and customers.

I have received not one, but two very pretentious emails back from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] basically calling me a bad business owner because I didn't pay exorbitant prices for their crap product.
The implementation of how a custom bot should fire based on button click has been poorly implemented. The bot will always be tied to a domain although it should be decoupled from a domain.
The inbox is quite poor to use for email conversations only. The articles lack for customization options, too.
