Pros

Pros

It has exponentially helped our sales team succeed. Easy to use, efficient, robust tools, minimal training needed to accomplish everyday tasks, and nice automation tools.
It's pretty awesome to add all my emails into Salesforce with Ebsta...such a timesaver and I don't have to look through my sent emails to find an important one. I can quickly track it in Salesforce.
Ease of use, quick and clean insights at the top of my email client (gmail), good Salesforce pluggin without having to log into salesforce.

Cons

Cons

Often times, EBSTA responds faster than SFDC. Only negative I'd give ebsta is its inability to automate simple reminders (i.e.: "Call if no word after 3 days"), but there are workarounds for it.
Sometimes the icon to select to record the email in Salesforce is missing and I have to reinstall the software.
Sometimes you can not identify a user who is already in inventory when browsing on LinkedIn. Other times it takes a wrong name.
