Overall I think Ambassify is a great platform for us, especially because we have a lot of decentralized teams which we can keep in the loop effortlessly.

The reporting dashboards give a lot of insights on the results of the campaigns. I think a big win is how fast and straightforward setting up and launching a campaign is.

They were always willing to help, discuss features, share ideas, and improve our program. The platform is really flexible so we were able to leverage it for employee engagement and customer advocacy.

Makes creating a community and keeping them engaged easy. Centralises resources and is proving a great builder of trust.

Setting up campaigns is really easy and straightforward. The multitude of campaign options allows you to be creative and find a communication angle for almost any topic or event.

The thing I appreciate most about Ambassify, is their support. Assistance is almost immediate and should the issue require some more time to figure out, they will update you frequently.

We haven't encountered any issues with the program so farMaybe the only downside is that there is no integration yet with TikTok.

The Instagram functionalities in Ambassify are rather limited (mainly due to Instagram's restrictions it seems, and during our last session they told us they are working on adding IG possibilities).

Also, keeping our database of employers updated proves to be difficult.

As a small company, the cost was a bit much for us given that our customer adoption was low.

We have also enjoyed fantastic customer support. Online materials are generally solid, and staff is readily available when we bump into something we can't figure out on our own.

She is friendly, professional, and savvy. The software is user friendly and administrator friendly.

I love how this product encourages all stake-holders to share feedback freely and frequently. It truly enhances the culture of our workplace.

I really appreciate the Gmail single sign on. I love the recognition feature.

The product is easy to use and understand and the best feature is the Save for Later function.

So far everything has been great and we hope to expand our use of Perform Yard within our company.

It's incredibly easy to use, offers a tons of functionality and customization, and the customer service is excellent.

My only downside is that we do not currently have an HRIS that links directly with PerformYard. So as a result I have to upload new data manually.

From an end user perspective it is easy to use. From a leadership perspective I like that I can quickly add employee notes which made performance reviews much easier.

Low cost relative to other options. Excellent customer service (more consultative/strategic vs. pure "support").

The only drawback to the program is the inability to add a 1-on-1 performance management aspect in conjunction with the regularly scheduled performance management process.

Easy to set up with a dedicate Customer Success Manager guiding you along the way. It integrated with ADP so employee data synced with the system.

First, it was really easy to get things running. It was really just a matter of a few hours of invested time to be in a position to start testing our first review cycle.

It is very easy to use this software. You can easily integrate it with the other apps.

I am not too fond of the lack of descriptions that tell a user what a category or feature does. You have to find out for yourself which is okay but a little inconvenient.

Prior to Performyard, my company had no formal review system in place. This platform has completely changed that.
