Pros

They not only have a great customer service, but also seems to be better than other solutions out there. Antavo excels both in customer acquisition and engagement.
Sleeek and treandy to use, makes us feeel good and warmth. Loved to use it daily antavo application is must.
I am a big fan of the platform because of its ease of use.

Pros

The best feature of Qualitrics is in fact that it checks your survey when you've completed it as a means to revamp or perfect it.
Not only does Qualtrics have basically every feature you could want, it makes sure you are publishing surveys that are accessible for screen readers. Customer support is fantastic, as well.
I also have called their customer support system a couple of times and they have always been super helpful and quick to answer my call.

Cons

Not sure about Windows and Blackberry. But this sucks when you are paying $249 / Month.
I also tried Contest Domination. After spending a considerable amount of time creating the promotion, I tested it only to learn that it was crap.
My problems with Antavo are as follows. The Antavo dashboard doest load at all on phones.

Cons

There have been occasions where I'm forced to log in again because it timed out, but I was in the middle of using it.
Difficult to use and administrative burdensome.
Unfortunately learning how to use the software itself proved a bit more difficult because finicky and often took a lot of time to reorganize.
