Pros

Attentive is a great product with a solid offering. We love the audio message functionality.
Overall things have been great - we really enjoy the ease of use and the dedicated account rep.
We have been super impressed with the ease of use and effectiveness of Attentive to help us get started and grow our SMS marketing strategy.

Pros

I have receive the customer service and expertise needed to start my campaigns. My best representative has been [SENSITIVE CONTENT], he is courteous, kind and so helpful.
I love the CRM functions. But, most important is their customer service that is here to help you every step of the way.
My experience has been very positive with this excellent work tool and great people that works with [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

Cons

Need stronger integration with other products, such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp - it's very hard to segment SMS and emails separately. Opt-in pop-ups lack many settings and controls we need.
I need to do so more research and limits of entire capabilities of attentive. I registered for the Attentive university training so I'll need to do some follow up.
What I liked least about the software were the segmentation limitations but they are introducing more options that fix that problem.

Cons

Poor setup guidance, unsympathetic or unavailable support, unfriendly user interface.
You know things are bad when even a employee says there is a lot going on things going on and things aren't good and they feel my pain.
Limitation on users in calendar. I understand that only 5 users are allowed on calendar.

Customer Service is still with a LIVE person!

Overall, Textellent provided the services it advertised, was user friendly and customer service was on point.

Pros

The software is user friendly, however if you get stuck the online help answers most questions. If online, doesn't answer your concern, the customer support desk is live and attentive.. Having software and only virtual assistance is a deal-breaker when looking for any type of software for our business. So we were happy to say the least, to know we could still get support from a LIVE assistant. During initial setup and use, customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to resolution.

Cons

The tax software that was used for business could not be integrated with Textellent. Therefore, some of the auto feed text messages had to be done manually.
