Pros

Aweber provides great email templates with superb integration with other top tier programs. It even offers email marketing training and split testing functionality.
It's reliable, pretty easy to use, and can do everything that I need it to do. It's rare that I need customer service, but their service has been very good when needed.
Ve used several different CRMs and Aweber is one of the best. Its easy to navigate, has excellent customer service / support, and has great email deliverability.

Pros

It is a great tool to manage your restaurant or bar, it is very easy to use, intuitive and provides great insights on your daily activities to track your operations and sales.
I love the ease of use and the time it has saved me. More time, more events, more money.
One of my favorite things is that they listen to their users. Every month there is something updated that makes it that much butter, and their customer service is fantastic.

Cons

I don't like the fact that they can put you on a bad server and you end up having bad results.
Sadly, Aweber completely destroyed an email campaign and lost me money. I had set up a sequence of emails and twice been on to support so they could confirm it was done correctly.
That's my main complaint as it consumes more time than it needs to.

Cons

Just receiving daily unnecessary notifications and having them stack up in my inbox seems foolish and anxiety inducing.
Honestly it may seem ridiculous, but I receive dozens of emails a week telling me that I have no events to check or follow up on.
Sometimes the information we put in the system is also not updated properly and we need to refresh the page a few times. We've missed or messed up catering orders for that reason.
