Pros

The software is easy to use, for every skill level. The support is very good, always helpful.
What I like most about the product is the fact that the tool does what it's promised.
A huge timesaver - best tool to create high quality banners & shorten production time.

Pros

I like that it's easy to use and understand, it's also a great value for the price. I also like that it stores revisions, so users can go back and see if changes they requested were implemented.
So far our experience has been great. We are informed when the site will be down ahead of time and the ability to discuss issues with the staff is awesome.
The ability to quickly and seamlessly be able to share comments on work is helpful.

Cons

The lack of a resize and cropp function for images.
The tool can get a bit slow in some browsers, and sometimes I miss some features such as being able to crop images or add extra elements to multiple banner formats at the same time.
The tool is quick to pick up and easy to use even for someone with no previous experience. Everything is drag and drop in a simple interface.

Cons

Where they can leave a comment asking for a revision. The only problem is that when the revision is complete they are not notified.
There is no distinguishing "instructional comment" that lets you tell people what you've changed when you add a new design - you have to use a regular comment, which can get lost in review.
Mostly we are using GoVisully to review our visuals/images to our team in house and outside too. Facing a problem when comparing the version of the same visuals/images.
