Pros
The software is easy to use, for every skill level. The support is very good, always helpful.
What I like most about the product is the fact that the tool does what it's promised.

Like I said it is user friendly, the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and team is friendly. It is definitely better than our last package we had.
Great software for assigning and ticking off tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Cons
The lack of a resize and cropp function for images.
The tool can get a bit slow in some browsers, and sometimes I miss some features such as being able to crop images or add extra elements to multiple banner formats at the same time.
The tool is quick to pick up and easy to use even for someone with no previous experience. Everything is drag and drop in a simple interface.
Cons
That we didn't start using it earlier and possibly that it relies to heavily on us being online (thus difficult to use when there is no internet connectivity).
It is occasionally glitchy and sometimes tasks disappear.
The time tracking and project management aspect - time tracking was difficult for the team to do.
