Pros

The best part of this software is the ability to plan the reach in advance so our contacts are kept 'in the know' even when the editor is otherwise occupied with meetings, conferences, etc.
Pricing is nice, and i like that the Email automation is in a flow chart. It makes it easy to understand.
The analytics provided are a great added feature to emails. I love the resend option, and the ability to see failure rate and open rate of each e-mail so that we can adapt our wording.

Pros

This software is full of great ideas and teaching that can be very important for marketing and how to promote the products we are trying to sell.
Great product, I highly recommend it. This will help any organization who needs to keep there team on point with contacts, for both existing and new potential clients.
Hubspot customer service has been very good. Despite the small issues, for what I'm paying they're the best thing I've found and I've found it to be a very important tool.

Cons

Poor - since the last few months (just unacceptable). Unless there is restoration of Benchmark used to be, we will stop using the platform.
They make the cancelation process a pain. You need to find the hidden link and go via chat where they make you waste 30 min asking you stuff to avoid cancelation.
One concern is that emails go to promotion or to junk. Another, is that marketing for your software is misleading.

Cons

If you're missing a contact for a company, things can get messy. They also do a lot of updates which causes the site to crash a lot.
There is this general issue I have (or struggle with) when it comes to Hubspot is all the different tools that they have and how they all sort of work together but also maybe not.
If you need extra functionality for marketing and service tasks you will need to pay additionally for other hubs.
