Pros

I find that very helpful in knowing peoples interest in reviewing us. The customer service has always been helpful and very responsive.
We have seen such an phenomenal growth with our company. We have tripled our sales and are able to have our amazing clients leave amazing stories on their experience.
Our agency has really enjoyed working with BirdEye. It's proved to be a very effective way to manage the review process for our clients - and has yielded some great results.

Pros

It keeps my Google business site fresh with new text. I also love that there are ways to place your reviews on your website and have them update which helps my website get found better on searches.
User-Friendly interface, minimal explanation of how to use it. A good way to get the client's feedback, it is affordable and helps improve teamwork and time management.
It is ultimate solution for improving company rating and rank. Easy to work, great customer support and affordable.

Cons

Finding the review request button is now difficult. My employees will no longer use the product due to difficulty to use and I am getting tired of emails and texts all day.
Getting to speak with someone or cancelling a contract that was done incorrectly the first time was a problem. They don't return phone calls.
Minor complaint - time frames for viewing reports don't have a simple "last month" option.

Cons

So far there is item to dislike about this service.
Goes to show that will be a certain percentage of customers will bother to leave a review even if you have exceptional service.
We yet have to discover a negative aspect to Score My Review.

Pros

Makes reviewing and responding to reviews super simple. I like that you are able to differentiate from mobile sms review campaigns and email campaigns.

Cons

The presence tab needs more work and functionality. Also there needs to be some sort of implementation with Yelp. Yelp is almost impossible to increase your score. Yelp features the majority of bad reviews and only cherry picks the good ones. I have 28 non recommended 5 star reviews with them and it drops my score terribly. Your software I would completely recommend to every person I know if only it could integrate with Yelp.

Cons

It is simple and foesn’t do a heck of a lot sure its fun to have everything in the same place but i think its expensive for a « reminder » reputation stacker hade similar for 60 a month.

I love this service so far, for what I wanted with my business. I wish price was better.

Receive more reviews for my business that go directly to search engines.

Pros

I like the fact that they filter negative reviews before they reach major search engines. This was a major drawback in the prior service I was using. This way I still get to hear the client's cause of dissatisfaction and address the issue directly with them, rather than having to explain myself on the search engines.

Cons

I wish they would offer more services like appointment scheduling, confirmations, website management and optimization etc so that I could have everything in one place instead of paying different companies to manage different things.

when everything is working it does a great job of generating quality reviews and contains the negative reviews

Cons

We have had some issues that have caused us to not receive reviews for periods of time due to issues with setup working with Birdeye

Increased reviews-primary reason I signed up and it has worked as planned.

Pros

Generates reviews to google and other top sites. Integrates easily and well with my practice software

Cons

Dashboard- I think the dashboard is not all that user friendly and is somewhat cumbersome. Value- the monthly charge is pretty high considering the thing is on autopilot. Ideally the should charge more for upfront set up cost, but less monthly, if they want clients to be long term users.

As someone who manages hundreds of listings, BirdEye helps me make sure all my listings are up to date. My team likes the ability to easily reply to reviews, and see all of our reviews in one place.

Pros

It makes it fast and easy to update my listing information. Their account management team is extremely responsive and helpful.

Cons

I wish BirdEye didn't rely on another third party, and had the ability to work with Yelp so I don't have to update Yelp manually

Cons

Probably just the cost everything else is very straightforward

Easy to use, and great customer service!

Using birdeye has helped myself gain so many more reviews for all of my client's business's.

Pros

The review dashboard is very user friendly and makes it easy to track and manage the reviews of hundreds of my clients.

Cons

Sometimes there is a disconnect in Google and the reviews, but the customer service is always there to help and fix the problem!

Game changing product. Finally a product that actually gets online reputation

Great online reviews

Pros

After countless hours wasted on our own efforts trying to obtain reviews, we gave into Birdeye. Why did we wait so long!!! We love it because it works! We saw instant results and the features do exactly what they told me it would. Super user friendly so anyone can learn with minimal training.

Cons

We would love for it to interface with our medical EMR without having to get a third party involved. We need it to be automated so we aren't manually uploading every 48 hours.

Great tool for small business

Before BirdEye we had very few reviews. Now we have over 100 reviews in less than a year.

Pros

The links are easy for my clients to use.

Cons

I wish I could re send link from phone app.
