Pros

I tested other services available on the market and no one is better. Have to say that this one is the best in terms of speed, quality, how easy and intuitive the interface is.
The data produced is great, the reports are also great. It's easy to use, cost effective and great functionality.
Customer service is awesome. The best features that I like in this tool is I get notified whenever someone speak about my brand in social media which allows me to analyze about my product.

Pros

M happy to report that our experience using BirdEye has been Terrific. We are thrilled at all the feedback we have received after using this software.
The ease of use is one of the best features other than the integration to different POS systems and Google. The new Google Analytics is awesome and Inbox is one of my favorite features.
Customer service has been fantastic. I love the fact that we can view our reviews all in one spot and not have to go search and hunt for them on different platforms.

Cons

Being unable to input individual posts to get statistics on them. Additionally, b24 is unable to detect spam posts.
Searches for crisis of different brands as well as perception in social media.
There can be a lot of analysts and we cannot respond to every negative feedback. But this relates more to the process than to this platform.

Cons

Our business had an issue with online reputation/review management. Through years of neglecting in addressing this issue, it just piled up with more and more negative reviews.
Finding the review request button is now difficult. My employees will no longer use the product due to difficulty to use and I am getting tired of emails and texts all day.
I was given zero instruction other than the aforementioned line, we're talking I had NO IDEA what this was, what I was doing, or how I was going to do what I was supposed to be doing.
