Pros

We've reached out to support for help and haven't received any actionable support to help us improve our queries or data.
Brandwatch is an expensive listening tool compared to someone like NUVI or Google Trends, it should be served with great customer service.
Great for Small - Medium Sized Business and Focused Monitoring.

Pros

It's nice, and it boosts our reviews, which are extremely important in today's market of internet browsing to determine who you want to do business with.
We are pleased with the ability to invite folks to review and grateful for those who have. We wish we could make it easier for more folks to participate.
Survey redirect for positive reviews is also a helpful way to increase positive social media reviews. Negative reviews allow for direct customer interaction for a personal and quick resolution.

Cons

Once it's running properly however, it does a spot-on job. I even used to track four individuals who were trying their hardest to damage a company's reputation.
While Vizia was extremely cool, sometimes it was difficult to manipulate. I found my teams struggled at times using it.
The queries generate a lot of SPAM or irrelevant mentions, topics, influencers - no matter how many filters and exclusions you add.

Cons

If someone is unhappy we find out about it so we can address it directly with the customer instead of getting a poor review.
No option to directly connect with a customer that has posted a negative review without paying more for it.
I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE SIGN UP FOR YOUR SERVICE. NO ONE HAS ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS AND I CONTINUE TO GET CHARGED FOR REVIEW SERVICES THAT I CANNOT USE OR GIVE TO PATIENTS.
